What program do you use for you're bases?

(You're other art is good as well I just want to know how you make you're bases.)

Hello, Pinlicous-bases. I am sorry for bother you. So I'll get to the point.

Since you did not answer my last question on how you are doing with my base. I was really hoping for that base to be done by November 1.

But seeing that you are very busy and all. And trying your best to finished requests from other artists. I will have respectively cancelled my base request , and let another base maker make that base. This is a real shame your are great base maker and I really like your bases. But I can't get behind my art project schedule.

So I really hope you understand and don't take offense to this. And thank you very, very much for accepting my request in the first place on May 27, 2012.
